Church House in Broad Street is just behind the large tree on the left of the picture. Church House is also shown on another page in this section of our website.

The house of the Victorian artist Joseph Murray Ince, called Roseland, is on the right hand side of the road just before the corner.
This photograph is taken from an old picture postcard.
